How to Cook Potato Rolls

This is my new favorite snack. Last week, there were excess potatoes in the kitchen. Ate Genalyn decided to cook them as Potato Rolls. You should try it.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Lumpia wrapper
  • Water for wrapping
  • Catsup or mayo or combination


Procedure:

  1. Wash the potatoes.
  2. Peel the potatoes.
  3. Boil the potatoes until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Mash the boiled potatoes.
  5. Add a little amount of salt. Be careful not to overdo it. 
  6. Cut the lumpia wrappers into halves.
  7. Wrap the prepared potatoes in the wrappers.
  8. Deep fry it or slowly fry it in a little amount of cooking oil.
  9. Drain the excess cooking oil.
  10. Serve it with catsup or mayo or combination.
