I have watched a video of COOPH. I was really fascinated with the PANODASH he did. In this post, I tried to have many Sheena as possible but I think it was a failure but we really had fun!! Hahahah!

I am really not sure why the guy called it panodash. For me, it is like panorama in camera with a dash since you should run around while the panorama is moving.
To get this kind of shot,
the camera should be in panorama mode going left to right. When the model is not in the frame anymore. he or she should run opposite the direction of the camera going right hand of the model to the back of the photographer until the model reaches a spot that the camera will reach. This requires cooperation and energy.
You should try this! It a really fun thing to do! Hahaha!

We ate at the popular Blue Corner at the side of Paseo de Santa Rosa. 1 sizzling plate of my all time favorite pusit plus 3 rice all for 230 pesos. We keep on coming back there because of the sizzling pusit!
