Last night, Lemuel and I dropped by at BAGA Manila (South version). BAGA means Barbecuers And Grillers Association. Good thing is they brought this at Brentville, Mamplasan, Laguna since April 1, 2016. According to the guard, they will be staying there for six months. Hooray for grilling everyday!
Having a mission of creating an association of happy Barbecuers and Grillers with yummy BBQ Recipes and gathering themselves in one profitable selling place and trading all together, we believe that the organizers are blessing to young and budding entrepreneurs.
WHAT TO EXPECT 5PM onwards?
- Mostly barbecues and grilled food (now mixed with other food specialties) like Ilocos Empanada, fries, nachos
- Drinks - Ice tea, lemonade, and frappe (yep, we saw one booth selling this)
- Tables and monoblocks
- Music
- tables and banig <Filipino version mat> as substitute to chairs
Payment is centralized. Booths doesn't have cashier. So, fall in first.

ReplyDeleteHi! The last time we went there, they are open 5pm onwards. Accdg to their FB page, open everyday. To be safe, you may go there Thursday to Sunday. Grilla Laguna at Pavilion Binan follows Thursday to Sunday schedule. Baka magkaparehas na sila :)
