Been wanting to go back in time where you can dine, hang out, shop, and take lots of worthy pictures? Why don't you go to Memory Lane Tagaytay? Experience a homey dine out!

Tagaytay's newest family destination, Memory Lane is a homey, 50s and 60s inspired Restaurant, Specialty Gift Shop and Beauty Salon in one. Long description on their fb page; Take a trip down memory lane right in the heart of Tagaytay City but far from the maddening crowd. Savor our home-cooked meals at our country diner while enjoying music from the 50's to the 90's. Our specialties are Mom's tender juicy Baby Back Ribs, Sinigang na Lechon, Tagaytay Bulalo, Dad's Adobong Kangkong and Hannah's red velvet cupcake. Enjoy shopping at the gift shoppe. Check our home decors, fashion accessories, bags, antiques and things from all over the world. Relax and be pampered by our trained massage therapists. Feel the fresh, cool breeze and the quiet side of Tagaytay City. Relax, enjoy the good food and shop to your heart's delight. Visit us at Memory Lane, along Magallanes Drive just less than a kilometer away from Aguinaldo highway.

So, this was our first destination in our Tagaytay trip version 1.0 (click for the itinerary).

Since it was closed, we just made the most out of it. Instead of stressing ourselves with hungry tummies, we just took photos. Who can resist the beauty? Facade pa lang, ulam na!

How to go to Memory Lane
(from their fb page)

*via car
From Tagaytay Rotunda, go towards Nasugbu, Batangas. Taal Lake should be on your left side. When you see Dencios, Starbucks and Leslies (all on your left side), make a right turn on the opposite road. That is Magallanes Drive. Landmark is Magallanes Square Hotel, 7-11 and Globe. Memory lane is on your left along Magallanes Drive.

*via public transit
1. From Cubao via Edsa to Roxas Blvd and Coastal Road, take San Ildefonso Bus or Erjohn Bus going to Mendez, Cavite or Lemery, Batangas. (Fare rate: P100-110/head, one way)

2. From Starmall Terminal Crossing, take shuttle/fx/van going to Lemery, Batangas, via SLEX exiting Carmona going to Silang, Cavite. (Fare rate: P180/head, one way)

**When you get to Aguinaldo Hiway, Tagaytay, passing the Tagaytay rotunda and Lourdes Church, get off at Magallanes Square Hotel, Magallanes Drive (on your right facing Nasugbu, Batangas). Ride tricycle going to Memory Lane.

By the way, thanks to Raine for inspiring me to go there.

I'll definitely be going back there so stay tuned! :)
